I worked as a DP in LA for over 10 years on a variety of productions from features, documentaries, commercials and music videos. I worked as a camera assistant for years where I learned the skills of executing shots under pressure and time constraints. I interned as a prep tech for Birns and Sawyer in Hollywood where I learned about the many pieces of gear it takes to execute a successful day of shooting. Before that I graduated from Azusa Pacific University's Cinematic Arts Department where I ate, breathed, and lived cinema for 4 years. I wrote, produced, and directed my own projects and collaborated with a team. I took all of this learning and worked on many projects for a variety of production companies on several continents. I freelanced during this time so my work was always different. I learned to collaborate with new team members and execute the goals of complex film production.

I've also operated for multicam broadcast. I have worked with Alexa, Red, Sony, Varicam, Arri 35mm/16mm cameras. Cam Assist - I have cam assisted on a variety of projects from narrative to run-n-gun documentaries. I've pulled focus on Cooke, Zeiss, Cooke anamorphic, and a variety of smaller lens brands.
