I am incredibly passionate about all things film, but especially post-production. I have worked on various short films and commercial projects, but hope to edit for television or film in the future. My prior editing experience showcases my vast knowledge of not only the editing process, but the entirety of the post-production workflow. I have expansive knowledge of and experience with visual effects, sound design, color correction/grading, and motion graphics, which allows for greater attention to detail during my editing process and a more cohesive final product.I am incredibly passionate about the editing process and would love to have the opportunity to work and grow with your team.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Sidney Poitier New American Film School, Arizona State University, in 2022. During my time at ASU, I immersed myself in all things post-production and was able collaborate with other like-minded individuals who pushed me as an editor. Because of the opportunities to grow I was given during my time at ASU, I received an Achievement in editing award for my work on my senior capstone film.With an expertise in film editing, I specialize in bringing stories to life through compelling visuals. I've edited various short films as well as commercial style videos for ASU and a commercial real estate firm. During my time as a Marketing & Videography Coordinator at LevRose Commercial Real Estate, I was also able to learn and develop my marketing skills which allow me to provide a unique perspective when editing commercial style videos.I am an expert in the Adobe Creative Cloud (including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder, InDesign, and Illustrator) and frequently use the software for my projects. Additionally, I am well versed in Avid Media Composer, Avid Pro Tools, Final Cut Pro, and Nuke and have used these softwares on a number of projects as well. I also use Frame.io for a majority of my projects and have a deep understanding of the platform.
